Is there a big/steep climb to the top of the sand dunes for the sand boarding? I found this quite challenging at Moreton Island, although the dunes there are super sized!!

The dune climb at our sandboarding location is not as steep or long as Moreton Island. And some people find walking backwards helps ;)

Any kind of shoes are fine for this track. Guests are guided through Eurimbula NP where the guide will stop regularly and discuss culture and the environment, therefore short breaks are taken throughout the tour.
