Yes to RV parking, nice large parking lot; don’t know about pets as I didn’t see any. Perhaps they indicate on their website.

I would recommend at least 3 - 4 hours. You'll want to tour the original house, the museum and drive through the grounds.

You can get a taxi or Uber...probably about 15-20 min. from where you will dock...blessings
