Las Vegas Raiders running back Sincere McCormick has emerged as an impact player for the team over the past two weeks, but is he going to start in Week 15. Here's what head coach Antonio Pierce said on Wednesday in regard to who the starter is moving forward.

Now three weeks later and McCormick continued to earn a great share of the workload each week. He had eight in his first career game three weeks ago, in week 13 he had 26, and this past week it jumped to 41 snaps with McCormick getting his first career start.
