Ariana Grande has mostly been focused on the Wicked movie over the past few years, although she did release a new album, Eternal Sunshine, in 2024. As for what’s next on the music front, some sort of expansion of the Eternal Sunshine universe appears to be forthcoming.

The standard release of Eternal Sunshine was already followed by a “Slightly Deluxe” version of the album, featuring four additional tracks, in March: “Yes, And?” with Mariah Carey, “Supernatural” with Troye Sivan, an acoustic recording of “Imperfect for You” and an a capella version of “True Story.”

The 'Wicked' actress previously confirmed that she wasn't touring in 2025 Ariana Grande teased spreading some sunshine in the future. Ahead of the Golden Globes on Sunday, Jan. 5, the Wicked actress told Access Hollywood about an "attachment" to her 2024 album Eternal Sunshine when asked if she had "time for any new music right now.
