Xbox Game Pass on Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X users are losing a free Tomb Raider game on December 15.

This new feature is called "Stream your own game," and it allows players to stream games they own that are outside of the Game Pass catalog--the list of supported titles can be seen here. It includes games like Assassin's Creed Mirage, Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, and NBA 2K25.

Last month, Microsoft began letting Xbox Game Pass subscribers stream games they own on Android and PC, and the feature has now been opened up to Xbox console users. Streaming of “owned” games on console is currently in testing, though, so only a small chunk of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers get access.

That initial launch allowed Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to stream select games they've digitally purchased to their televisions, Meta Quest VR headsets and to some supported browser setups. The company said at the time that it planned to also bring streaming to Xbox consoles and to the Windows Xbox app in 2025.

M icrosoft is going to let Xbox Insiders who also subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate test the ability to stream some Xbox games they already own to their Xbox starting today. The fea
