After a slow start Saturday afternoon, more people were stopping to check out “A Winter Wonderland” at Trojan Park, 111 E.

Highlighting the festival will be "Fire & Ice," an ice carving competition from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., featuring professional ice carvers from Rock-on-Ice.
