An administrator with the diversity, equity and inclusion office at the University of Michigan was fired Tuesday after she was accused of making antisemitic remarks – and now she plans to pursue legal action against the school,

A diversity administrator at the University of Michigan has been placed on leave and could be fired after she allegedly said Jewish students were “wealthy and privileged” and did not need support.

The official, an administrator of multicultural programs, was accused of making antisemitic remarks in a conversation. Her lawyer said that the school fired her this week, and vowed to sue.
